Contact form

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email, phone number and the details you type into the message field, along with the options you select. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website chat

If you use the “Text with Nate” chat, the name and messages you type are stored so we can run the conversation, and each message is sent to Nate by text message through Twilio. The first message is also emailed to us as a backup. If you ask to move the conversation to your phone, we store your phone number and your agreement to receive texts, and use them only to send you that text. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not sell or share this information for marketing purposes.

Tenant applications and maintenance requests

Rental applications and maintenance requests are handled through a separate form provider, wisecreative.ca. Information you submit through those forms is collected and stored by that provider on our behalf, for the purpose of processing your application or request.
